Our coaches are based out of Lincolnton, NC and are prepared to travel to a variety of gyms and schools to provide a boost to any student-athlete seeking to improve their game. While our business does have on-the-go capabilities, we do recognize and respect the presence of gyms, academies, and other similar businesses present in the Charlotte area to the east. While we are happy to take on clients in the Queen City and its surrounding locations, we would like prioritize bringing professional and tailored training to our community here in the Piedmont as well as to our friends in the Western part of the state. While personal training is our specialty, we also have experience in designing and running day-camps and team sessions which we encourage you to inquire about.
